From the Classroom to the Boardroom—and the Living Room.
I have spent my career learning one fundamental truth: Great things don’t just happen; they are built on great systems.
My journey didn’t start in an executive suite; it started in a middle school classroom. There, I learned the art of translating complex ideas into actionable steps and managing the beautiful chaos of a high-energy environment. Those early years as a teacher sharpened my ability to mentor, organize, and lead with empathy.
As I moved into the corporate world, I became the "fixer." I stepped into multiple interim leadership roles, specializing in stabilizing teams during seasons of transition before eventually serving as a CEO. I’ve navigated the high-stakes world of fundraising, built operational systems from scratch, and learned exactly how to manage a board of directors without losing my sanity (or my schedule).
When I became a mom, my perspective shifted, but my passion for systems didn't. I realized that the same strategic planning I used to run a company could be used to protect the things that matter most: our time and our memories.
I found immense joy in designing celebrations for my family—not just the "Pinterest-perfect" look, but the behind-the-scenes logistics that make those moments feel effortless. I realized that whether you are a new executive trying to find your footing or a parent trying to make a birthday magical on a budget, everyone needs a blueprint.
Today, I’ve combined my CEO-level operational expertise with my teacher’s heart to help you master the logistics of life and leadership.
For the Leaders: I provide the frameworks for fundraising, board communications, and calendar management so you can lead with confidence.
For the Families: I create turnkey party designs and digital tools so you can celebrate the big milestones without the "party-planning burnout."
For the Next Generation: I offer the "adulting" resources and side-gig templates I wish I had when I was starting out.
I’m here to give you the systems you need to succeed in your career, so you have the energy to enjoy your life.
